He did not make any mistakes against the Knicks' extremely threatening defense, which was the most impressive part of the game. Simmons' response to Lowe almost sums up the consensus between them.

"I agree with you. When I discussed this with Ryan on Sunday, I didn't think he could make the top ten, I think he needed to enrich his resume. This game made him a hot topic all of a sudden. Just like the overrated thing that was exposed before, it was stupid, but I do think that some people think so. They didn't see him as good as his actual level. Now it's over, the overrated thing has passed, and he now belongs to that group."

Voting for the most overrated player award is one of the stupidest things in the media in the new era. Which person with a normal mind would think Halliburton was overrated? Remember a few years ago, former Knicks player Wally Szebiak said Halliburton "want to be an All-Star, but he is a fake All-Star"?

Halilburton did prove that all skeptics were wrong. Whether he can enter the top ten will not be determined until the playoffs are over. But if Simmons and Love believe he is close and expected to be among the top point guards in the NBA, then your predictions are right.
