According to ESPN, Lakers head coach JJ Redick hopes Brownie can learn how David Mitchell and TJ McConnell play.
Redick said: "Mitchell and McConnell are all in every round on both sides of the offense and defense. They can influence the game through their own enthusiasm, oppress the offensive players, destroy the ball, and push the basket. I think everyone has seen some bright spots in Brownie, but if he wants to go further, he must do to improve his physical fitness."
"I know he has experienced a very terrible thing (cardiac arrest). It is difficult to get out of the shadows and break through his physical limits, but I believe he can. Once he does this, I think he has a chance to become a truly outstanding player in the NBA."
