Ball: I m so happy to be a member of the Cavaliers, my goal is to compete for the championship ring
Lonzo Ball was a guest on the What an Experience podcast about why he was so excited about playing for the Cavaliers, and expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to play for a team that competes for the championship and admitted that he was happy to be a member of the Cavaliers.
"It's just playing basketball, going for the championship ring. I think that should be the goal, I think that's the goal. So, I'm so happy to be there and embark on a new journey. Get to know everyone, get familiar with everything, and go further as far as we can.
I think it's a gift, brother. To be honest, everyone has been asking me how I feel about this deal. I said, my goodness, I'm so glad I can still play anywhere, let alone on a team that has a real chance to win the championship. I've been playing the right basketball for the rest of my life, that's to fight for the win, so I feel like I'm in a great environment, I just want to be a good role and help the best of my ability," Ball said.
