Today’s @IBEW103 (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Chapter 103) and @necaboston (New England Builders Association) #HeroAmongUs hero is Juliana Fischer. The Tyngsboro, Mass., resident heard cries for help coming from his neighbor's yard and discovered a five-year-old boy trapped in a well. She used a ladder to get the boy safely out before emergency crews arrived.
