In this game, Stephen Curry suffered a first-degree strain on his left hamstring and will miss G2-G4 and will be reviewed in a week. Today, Warriors coach Cole participated in the Bay Area radio show Willard Dibs. When talking about Curry's injury, he said:
"I really feel sad for (Curry). When I walked into the locker room during the break, he sat on the floor in the middle of the team. I had already put ice bags on the hamstrings. I didn't say much, just gave him a hug. It was heartbreaking to see people who were so dedicated and caring about (basketball) going through this. You see him fall down and you know how disappointed he was. But injury is part of the game, and you can do it is to respond and keep moving forward."
