Dior pays tribute to Popovich: I am proud to be a small part of my 40-year legendary career

May 4 According to previous reports, Popovich will no longer serve as the head coach of the Spurs and will transform into a full-time position as the team president. Former Spurs player Dior paid tribute to Popovich.

Dior wrote: "This is the end of a beautiful era, which is full of creativity of all kinds of geniuses and a sense of family belonging beyond the boundaries of the court. I am proud to be a small part of this long and forty-year legendary career."

Dior played for more than four seasons with the Spurs, played in 331 games, averaging 7.4 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game, helping the team win the championship in 2014.
