US media: Trail Blazers acquisition will be paid in two payments, with a comprehensive valuation of US$4.25 billion

08/14 According to famous reporter Shams, NHL Carolina Hurricanes owner Tom Dunton has agreed to buy the Portland Trail Blazers from Paul Allen's legacy at a valuation of more than $4 billion.

According to US media Sportico, the team led by Dunton includes Mark Zal, co-president of Blue Owl Capital, and Hill Tyre, chief co-executive of Portland-based Collective Global.

It is understood that the transaction will be paid in two batches, one will be paid in subsequent payments when the transaction is completed. According to multiple sources, the valuation of this acquisition is about US$4.25 billion.
