We are pleased to announce that Bayer 04 Leverkusen has reached an agreement with Dutch head coach Eric Tenhach, 55, who has signed a contract with us until June 30, 2027 and will officially take office on July 1 this year.

The famous Dutch coach Eric Tenhach is 55 years old. He has been unemployed at home since he was dismissed from Manchester United on October 28 last year. Now, he takes over the team as former coach of Leverkusen Xavi Alonso, who is coaching at Real Madrid.
While coaching Manchester United, Tenghach led the team to 128 games with 72 wins, 20 draws and 36 losses, and led the team to win a FA Cup and a League Cup championship.
