Zhangjiakou Youth (U16-U18) and High School (including Vocational High School) Campus Football League ended
On May 27, the final of the 2024-2025 Zhangjiakou Youth (U16-U18) and High School (including Vocational High School) Campus Football League was held at the Football Stadium of Xuanhua No. 1 Middle School in Zhangjiakou City. Xuanhua No. 1 Middle School defeated Huailai Shacheng Experimental Middle School 8-0 and won the championship, and Zhangjiakou Experimental Middle School won the third place.

This year's Zhangjiakou Youth (U16-U18) Football League lasted 7 months and was organized as a school. The competition scope covers 21 high schools and vocational middle schools in 6 districts and 8 counties in the city, attracting 472 young athletes to participate. The 11-person competition system adopts the "home and away double loop" 11-person competition system, and a total of 100 home and away matches were held. All the competitions were arranged in students' spare time to ensure that the athletes' academic progress and training competitions were not missed.

In recent years, the Zhangjiakou Municipal Education Bureau and the Municipal Sports Bureau have continuously deepened the integration of sports and education, issued special policies, vigorously popularized and developed youth football, and cultivated youth football competitions such as the Mayor's Cup, Zhangjiakou Football Super League, and Zhangjiakou Youth (U16-U18) Football League. Relevant person in charge of Zhangjiakou Sports Bureau said that the league provides a stable platform for young people to participate in football for a long time, and is also of great significance for testing the training level of football teams in various schools and improving the promotion and popularization of campus football. "The new season of the league will be launched in September. We look forward to all schools continuing their passion for participating and actively participating in the competition. Zhangjiakou City will continue to use football as a link in the future to promote the high-quality development of youth sports, and add more vitality and hope to the city."
