Alcaraz transforms into a samurai in Tokyo
Alcaraz and his team visited the Samurai Ninja museum on September 22. Here, the Spanish tennis player wore the armor of a samurai and did not miss the opportunity to try out a sword in combat. Alcaraz seemed happy and excited about the new experience with his team members.

After improving his knowledge of Japanese culture, Alcaraz entered practice the next day. On the hard court in Tokyo, "Carlitos " practiced with his brother Alvaro Alcaraz, before interacting with fans at a swimming event.
This year is the first time Alcaraz attended the ATP 500 tournament in Japan. His opponent in the opening match is Sebastian Baez. At the same time in the 2024 season, Alcaraz competed in the China Open and won the championship thanks to his victory over Jannik Sinner in the final.

Before coming to the land of mourning, Alcaraz and the European team competed at the world team at the Laver Cup. in San Francisco. Despite winning two matches on the final day, Alcaraz and the old continent team still suffered a final defeat of 9-15.
This year, Alcaraz has won seven tournaments, including two Grand Slams at Roland Garros and the US Open. Since the Monte Carlo Masters in April, the 22-year-old tennis player has reached the finals of all eight participating events.
According to the plan, Alcaraz's remaining schedule in the 2025 season has five more tournaments, including the Japan Open, Shanghai Masters, Paris Masters, ATP Finals and Davis Cup. One of the most important goals Alcaraz has set is to finish the year at number one in the world.
