American News: The Hawks may become a potential suitor in Simmons, and the substitute lineup is in urgent need of ball holders

Basketball

Ben Simmons has not yet won the contract with an NBA team after becoming a free agent. Just as he was looking for a job everywhere, his agent also parted ways with him.

American basketball reporter Jake Weinbach analyzed that he believes that the Atlanta Hawks may become Simmons' next stop.

"After Buffkin was traded by the Hawks to the Nets, I was curious whether the Hawks would become a potential suitor for Simmons. The Hawks currently need to find a ball holder in the second team. Simmons happens to be an all-around player who can stand up from the bench and be competent for this role."

Simmons averaged 22 minutes last season, contributing 5 points, 4.7 rebounds and 5.6 assists. This offseason, Simmons was once exposed for rumors that he might retire.
