Asensio statement: I have never participated in any violation of women and have not been identified as participating in the communication

05, May 16th, a Spanish judge indicted Raul Asensio and three Real Madrid youth players Andres Garcia, Ferran Ruiz and Juan Rodriguez on charges of spreading child pornography videos.

Asensio issued a statement today↓

In view of the clarification statement issued by the judge of the Court of Investigation today, the statement corrected the initially issued indictment, explicitly excluded from video recording of sexual content and related incidents, and considered that the relevant information had been previously publicly circulated.

I wish to express the following:

1-I have never been involved in any violation of female sexual freedom, let alone underage women. This is confirmed by the above-mentioned court documents. The document did not identify me having sex with the two women involved, nor did I identify me recording these videos. Again, it was clarified that I did not send any images or videos containing private content to third parties, again, that these videos were recorded where I was not present.

2. The part about me in the judicial instrument is limited to the fact that a third party may have briefly viewed some images and did not identify me as having participated in recording or disseminating these images.

3. The allegations against me, as clearly stated in the judicial instrument, are temporary in nature. Therefore, the presumption of innocence should continue to dominate. If the formal charges are finally filed and the trial begins, I will continue to exercise my right to defend in court, I am confident in the court and reiterate that I have nothing to do with any crime.

None of this affects my highest respect for the entire judicial process, including respect for other investigators.

4. I want to reiterate that I absolutely respect all women's sexual freedom and privacy.
