On the evening of June 26, Premier League champion Liverpool Club officially announced that it had officially signed 21-year-old Hungarian left-back Kolkz. The player has undergone a physical examination arranged by Liverpool and signed a five-year contract to June 2030. Kolkz also became Liverpool's fourth new player this summer after Flynnon, Page and Wilz.

Korkez, born in 2003, started his career with Hungarian team ETO Ger, and then transferred to Serie A giant AC Milan in 2021. Then midway through the 2021-22 season, he joined Alkmaar, making 57 appearances in the year and a half in the Netherlands.

In July 2023, Bournemouth spent 17.87 million euros to sign Kolkz. In the past two seasons, Kolkz has played 74 times for Bournemouth, scoring 2 goals and 8 assists. His value has soared from 300,000 euros during the Milan echelon to 45 million euros now.

Korkez has been selected as the 2024-25 English Professional Player Association (PFA) Young Player of the Year shortlist and is the finalist of the 2023 Golden Boy Awards. Since completing his national team's debut against Germany in September 2022, Kolkerz has made 23 appearances for the Hungarian national team so far.

As we all know, Liverpool's current main left-back Robertson's form has declined severely last season, and substitute Zimikas also embarrassed the responsibility. After joining the 21-year-old Kolkz is expected to become the first choice for the Reds' left-back.

Although it is not yet July, Liverpool has already spent 220 million euros. This also broke the transfer window of Liverpool's highest signing spending in history. In addition to completing the update of left and right guards, Wiltz's joining has even upgraded the midfield. Next, Liverpool will also strive to introduce a center forward and a central defender.
