06 June 26th Argentine Second Division team San Telmo issued a statement that the team's reserve team's 18-year-old player Camillo Ernesto Nu died during knee surgery. The specific cause of death is still unknown.

Statement:

This morning, Camillo Nuin, a player from the Athletic Club in San Telmo, died while undergoing knee surgery. The cause of death is not yet known.

Everyone in the locker room who spent time with him was deeply saddened by it. He played in 82 games in a San Telmo jersey and gave everything to the team.

On behalf of all members of the team and the entire San Telmo family, we extend our sincerest condolences to his relatives, and in this sad time, we mourn him deeply.
