The Light of Youth Training! Van Dijk s youth training mother team William II named the stand after him

September 9th, Van Dijk's youth training parent team William II officially named his youth team stand Virgil Van Dijk stand.

Academic players, coaching staff, club officials and the Van Dijk family gathered to witness the unveiling of the refurbished stands and commemorative plaques. The Van Dijk stand has 200 auditoriums, equipped with improved awnings and a viewing perspective specially optimized for youth team events.

In addition to the plaque engraved with Van Dijk's signature and career milestones, the front of the stands also displays portraits recording his growth from William II's debut to world-class defender growth.

Van Dijk eloquently reviewed his years of growing up in this club at the ceremony: "I am extremely proud to be named after me by the Youth Academy Stand. William II played an important role in my life and the development of young players."
