Dembele s award speech: Now I m more in front of the door, I like to play No. 9

May 12th, local time in France, Dembele won the French Professional Football Player Award for the Best Player of the Season award from the French Professional Football Player Association (UNFP).

Dembele said in his acceptance speech: "I feel good to win this award. Last year I returned empty-handed because Mbappe took all the awards. Thanks to my teammates, they gave me a lot of help. (The Champions League finals), we have three weeks left, and we have great goals to pursue."

"My improvement in data and the improvement in my way of playing football are all thanks to my teammates and coaching team. I am very happy in this team now. I like the No. 9 position. Note: So far this season, Dembele has played 46 times for Paris Saint-Germain, contributing 33 goals and 12 assists. Paris has won the Ligue 1 championship this season in advance. They will participate in the French Cup and Champions League finals and are expected to win the triple crown.
