Neville: Chelsea is not a top team without top players, they should be in the top four
In a Sky Sports program on November 24, Manchester United star Gary Neville said that Chelsea does not have top players and is not considered a top team.
Neville said this: "Next week will be very interesting for Chelsea and a good test.
