A total of eight players were shortlisted for the Premier League’s best player of the season, of which Liverpool occupies three seats. In head coach Arne Slott's first coaching season, the Reds won the championship, and the Dutch coach was nominated for the best coach of the season. The three Liverpool players shortlisted for the best player are Ryan Gravenberg, Mohamed Salah and Virgil Van Dijk. Gravenberger successfully occupied the No. 6 position after a difficult first season, after the team's previous plan to introduce Martin Zubimendi failed.

Meanwhile, Van Dijk once again showed his dominant performance on the defensive end, becoming the first Dutchman to lead the team to win the Premier League championship as captain. Despite the heated discussion of the contract issue, Salah still scored 28 goals and sent 18 assists.

The three will compete with the other five players for the award. Manchester City player Phil Foden won the honor last year, but due to Manchester City's sluggish performance this season, no one was shortlisted for the Blue Moon.

Although Arsenal may be the closest challenger on Liverpool's road to championship, Declan Rice is the only player to be shortlisted. Rice's goals and assists were both double-digit, establishing himself as one of the best midfielders in the Premier League.

Nottingham Forest star Morgan Gibbs White was also shortlisted for the prestigious award. The midfielder is one of the core drivers of the Forest’s stunning season, helping the team qualify for the European Cup for the first time in 30 years.

Along with Gibbs White are teammate Chris Wood, the 33-year-old striker scored 20 goals this season and ushered in the best season of his career. Alexander Isaac was nominated for the second consecutive year.

The Swedish striker helped Newcastle to the European Championship and scored a goal in the Carabao Cup final, helping the Magpie end the 56-year championship drought. Isaac's 23 goals put him in second place in the Golden Boot battle.

The last one to be shortlisted was Brentford's Brian Mbeumo, who contributed 18 goals and 7 assists this season, helping the Bees continue their outstanding performance. Salah is a favorite to win awards, scoring 5 goals and 6 assists than other players.

He is only one goal or one assist away from tying the record of winning goals in a single season, which was held by Alan Hiller and Andrew Cole, both of whom set this record in 42 seasons.

At the same time, if Van Dijk wins the award, he will become the fifth player in Premier League history to win the award multiple times. The previous four were Thierry Henry, Cristiano Ronaldo, Nemanja Vidic and Kevin De Bruyne.

Reds coach Slott is a favorite for the best coach of the season, becoming the fifth coach to win the Premier League title in his first England coaching season. Many people think that taking over Jurgen Klopp is an impossible task, but Slot lived up to expectations and led the team to win the championship four rounds ahead of schedule.

Slott's competitors include Brentford coach Thomas Frank, who is expected to lead the team to an all-time high and still has the possibility of qualifying for the European Cup. Eddie Howe is also on the shortlist, leading Newcastle out of the mid-season downturn and is expected to advance to the Champions League. The Magpies are still competing for second place, a result that will tie their best rankings in the Premier League era (both runner-up in 1995/96 and 1996/97). The fourth on the shortlist is Nuno Espirito Santo.

The Portuguese coach rescued Nottingham Forest from the relegation zone last season and planned another stunning European qualification battle this season. He was elected coach of the month three times this season, the most frequent of all coaches.

The last contender is Vittor Pereira, who won 10 20 Premier League games after replacing Gary O'Neal with Wolves. The Wolves were on the verge of relegation when the Midlands coach took over, but he successfully led the team out of the relegation zone and surpassed Manchester United and Tottenham. The last award is the Best Young Player of the Season Award. Gravenberger was shortlisted with eight players including defending champion Chelsea's Cole Palmer.

Despite Ipswich's relegation, his forward Liam Drapp performed well this season and was successfully shortlisted. Forest star Anthony Ellanda was nominated for the performance of the city stadium.

Despite his decline in form, Palmer was shortlisted with 15 goals and 8 assists. Bournemouth central defender Dean Huyson performed well and is about to join Real Madrid, while also competing for the best young player of the season. The

shortlist also includes Joao Pedro of Brighton, Morgan Rodgers of Aston Villa and Arsenal center back William Saliba. Despite the disappointing performance of the Gunners this season, the French defender still performed well on the defensive end, earning the second straight nomination for the Young Player of the Season.

Premier League fans can vote on three awards before 12 noon midweek. The public vote will be combined with a vote from a team of football experts to determine the final winner, with the results set to be announced next week.
