On November 3, FIFPRO (International Football Players Association) officially announced the 2025 best team list, led by Mbappe, Yamal, Dembele, Bellingham, Palmer and other players.

FIFPRO's 2025 best lineup is as follows:

Goalkeeper: Donnarumma (Manchester City/Paris, Italy)

Defender: Achraf (Paris, Morocco), Van Dijk (Liverpool, Netherlands), Mendes (Paris, Portugal)

Midfielder: Palmer (Chelsea, England), Pedri (Barcelona) Na, Spain), Vitinha (Paris, Portugal), Bellingham (Real Madrid, England)

Forwards: Kylian Mbappe (Real Madrid, France), Yamal (Barcelona, Spain), Dembélé (Paris, France)

FIFPRO's annual 11-man Team of the Year is voted for by more than 21,000 professional football players from around the world. FIFPRO and the affiliated players' unions distribute unique links that allow individual players at professional football clubs to access the digital voting platform to cast their votes.

Each football player picks the three players they think are the best in each of the following positions: goalkeeper, defender, midfielder and forward. The goalkeeper, three defenders, three midfielders and three forwards with the most votes in their respective positions will enter the best 11-man lineup. The 11th position will be allocated to the non-goalkeeper player with the second highest number of votes.

Players are free to choose players they think will make the best lineup. It is worth mentioning that this is the only global award in football that is entirely determined by players.
