Hupu, August 20, According to the Spanish media "World Sports", the Spanish Higher Sports Council (CSD) is still considering a proposal to remove Laliga League chairman Tevas.

"ShiTaiwan" stated that the proposal was initiated by Miguel Garland, chairman of the National Football Coach Training Center, on the grounds that Tevas was suspected of repeatedly leaking the financial information of the Barcelona club and violating neutrality obligations. Garland revealed on his personal social platform that 93 Barcelona members have signed up to support the request.

Previously, the World Sports Daily disclosed on August 13 that Garland had formally submitted documents to CSD and its chairman José Manuel Rodriguez Urivez on August 12, accusing Tevas of violating the "five serious violations" listed in Article 76.2.a of the Sports Act and demanding that he be removed from office. Garland has also complained about the multiple presidents of the Spanish Football Association on many occasions, and this time he pointed the finger directly at Tevas.

Garland listed five violations of Tevas's financial disclosure in the complaint:

On April 2 this year, the La Liga publicly rejected the 100 million euro VIP box financing plan that Barcelona had previously approved, and directly quoted the content of the Barcelona audit report in the statement, suspected of leaking confidential financial information;

La Liga removed the relevant announcement from its official website after complaining about Barcelona, and was accused of trying to cover up information disclosure. ;

Tevas discussed the possible triggering of the Nico Williams termination fee clause when meeting with Athletic Bilbao, and talked about Barcelona's financial situation;

Tevas repeatedly claimed in public that Barcelona failed to meet the "1:1 fiscal fairness rules", further damaging the club's reputation;

On March 28, the documents submitted by the La Liga to CSD on the Olmo dispute did not comply with the confidentiality regulations, and information leaked.

Garland stressed that these actions not only violated the obligation of neutrality, but also caused substantial economic and reputational losses to Barcelona. It is worth noting that except for some matters reported by Garland, the Barcelona club has not filed a complaint with the CSD on all the charges.
